Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Associate (1-year Fixed Term Contract), you will manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions, supporting specific client groups. This is a fixed-term role for one year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct recruitment activities including intake meetings, sourcing, testing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Support sourcing efforts for difficult-to-fill manufacturing roles
• Advise hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies
• Create offer packages and coordinate testing and background checks
• Represent IKO professionally to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Team player with good organizational skills
• Familiar with social media; experience with Workday is a plus

Work Authorization and Travel:

• Up to 20% travel expected
