• Drive targeted sourcing initiatives across assigned locations to convert high-quality applicants into hires
• Support key recruiting-related projects and align departmental OKRs with broader HR initiatives
• Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service through rapid follow-through and prioritized urgency
• Leverage AI applications and modern sourcing platforms to optimize applicant pipelines and reporting
