Overview

This position sits within our People and Culture (P&C) division, which is responsible for developing, planning, and coordinating human resources.

The Opportunity

The Talent Acquisition Associate plays a key role in supporting the People & Culture team by ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring and onboarding experience. Responsibilities include managing applicant workflows, maintaining HR systems, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and providing administrative support to drive team initiatives and enhance the overall team member experience. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional seeking growth in talent acquisition and HR while collaborating across the organization.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Employee Life-Cycle Process:
   • Maintain applicant tracking system (iCIMS), manage workflows, requisition approvals, pre-screening, interview scheduling, offer letters, and HR system updates.
   • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including updating HR systems and scheduling onboarding sessions.
   • Process job changes and updates for current employees in HR systems.
   • Assist with in-person onboarding sessions.
2. Talent Acquisition:
   • Support sourcing candidates via job boards and other channels.
   • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications.
3. Team Support:
   • Provide administrative and project support to the P&C team, including data and report requests.
   • Assist with coordination of team initiatives.
   • Backup support for HR system data entry and maintenance.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years' experience in HR or recruiting (preferred).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across all levels.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in talent acquisition and HR.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and demands.
• Good organizational and prioritization skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Frequent sitting, phone communication, working on a computer; visual acuity required.
• Hybrid work position with a dedicated remote workspace.
• Must work hybrid in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Area.
