Job summary

Alston & Bird LLP in Atlanta is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our national HR team. You will oversee end-to-end recruiting for professional staff, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding, while delivering TOP ECHELON service.

The role requires 2+ years of recruiting experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred. This position offers a collaborative culture with strong client service and growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end recruiting for professional staff positions.
• Collaborates with hiring leaders and candidates to schedule interviews.
• Identify qualified candidates via job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Process candidate background screenings, including reference calls.
• Assist Talent Acquisition Team with interviews, new hire paperwork, and onboarding.
• Conducts phone interviews as needed at TA team's request.
• Updates recruiting tracking metrics as needed.
• Coordinates meetings and spaces as needed.
• Additional duties as requested.
