Job summary

This role reports to the Chief Legal Talent Partner and requires strategic leadership in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years’ previous law firm experience or related professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead firmwide recruitment team for law schools and summer associate, entry-level, and judicial clerk hiring.
• Develop recruiting policies, operational procedures, and practices aligned with the firm’s goals.
• Oversee law school recruitment efforts including 1L/2L hiring and on-campus engagement.
• Serve as primary advisor on recruiting trends and competitive market intelligence.
• Manage the firmwide recruitment budget and vendor relationships.
