Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services.
• Bachelor's degree; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification desired.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday a plus).

Responsibilities

• Employee relations & performance management: support leaders and annual evaluations.
• HR operations: benefits, HRIS, payroll, records; ensure confidentiality & compliance.
• Talent acquisition & onboarding: recruit and deliver engaging onboarding experiences.
