Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Human Resources experience.
• Demonstrated professionalism and discretion in handling confidential data.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.

• Support full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to hire.
• Advise hiring partners and maintain strong recruiting practices.
• Represent Blue Trust with professionalism to candidates and partners.
