The Talent Acquisition Specialist will help advance Blue Trust’s growth by supporting full-cycle recruiting, advising hiring partners, maintaining strong recruiting practices, and representing the company with professionalism and warmth to candidates, universities, and mission-aligned partners.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Human Resources experience.
• Demonstrated ability to serve internal clients, candidates, and co-workers with professionalism, discretion, and excellence.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
• Strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and systems acumen in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, Human Resources practices, and confidential data handling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and recruiting or HR-related systems.
• Ability to travel periodically for recruiting events, branch visits, or other business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of recruiting and/or administrative experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Human Resource Information Systems, and online recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Prior experience recruiting at colleges and universities.
