Mobilelink is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team. You will own full-cycle recruiting across departments, partnering with hiring managers to align on needs and priorities, and build a strong candidate pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a track record of meeting KPI targets, leveraging ATS software, and delivering a positive candidate experience while supporting employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, at least 2 years in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Experience achieving KPIs around placements per month, time to fill, screens and interviews.
• Self-motivated with metrics-driven approach and urgency to hire.
• Ability to manage diverse roles including corporate leadership.
• Proficient with ATS and recruiting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for varying roles with a smooth candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and set priorities.
• Build a steady pipeline through diverse sourcing methods.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes.
• Communicate promptly with candidates throughout interviews.
• Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding.
• Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
