Qualifications

• 2–4 years in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, HR analytics, or related function.
• Biotech/pharma or life sciences experience preferred.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint presentation skills for leadership.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse strongly preferred) and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and distribute recruiting dashboards and reports (pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance).
• Monitor data integrity across Greenhouse and related platforms; flag discrepancies and suggest corrections.
• Analyze funnel data to identify trends and process improvements.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and data visualizations for leadership and Board-level reporting.
• Create polished PowerPoint decks to communicate hiring progress and headcount trends.
• Translate data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Support workforce planning and org design analyses.
