Job summary

Nurix is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst (Contract) to turn recruiting data into actionable insights. You’ll build dashboards, craft leadership-ready decks, and assist with scheduling, directly impacting hiring strategy for a growing biotech company.

You will partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition to deliver data-driven narratives, support workforce planning, and help optimize recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, data analytics, or information systems.
• 2–4 years in talent acquisition analytics or HR analytics; biotech/pharma preferred.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint skills; ability to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and distribute recruiting dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Monitor data integrity across Greenhouse and related platforms; flag discrepancies.
• Analyze funnel data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and visuals for leadership and Board reporting.
• Create polished PowerPoint decks to communicate hiring progress and trends.
• Translate data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Support workforce planning and org design analyses with the Head of TA.
• Maintain TA SOPs and pursue system/tool enhancements for quality.
• Identify opportunities to use automation and AI to streamline workflows.
• Provide backup interview scheduling support and coordinate with the Recruiting Coordinator.
