Job summary
Toyota Motor North America is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst, External Workforce & MSP, in Plano, TX. This role focuses on governance, data accuracy, audits, and continuous improvement of our external workforce program, translating insights into impactful actions for stakeholders.
You'll lead MSP operational processes, collaborate across HR, procurement, and finance, manage lifecycle activities, and drive automation and reporting using Power BI and Workday to strengthen program execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting MSP programs or related operations.
- Experience in MSP environments and external workforce governance.
- Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills.
- Experience building dashboards and workforce analytics.
- Strong documentation and project management abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Experience with Workday and vendor-management systems.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Lists or Forms.
- Preferred: CCWP or automation certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead MSP and external-workforce processes including onboarding and offboarding.
- Monitor program health, resolve exceptions, and drive improvements.
- Reconcile data across systems and conduct audits for compliance.
- Partner with stakeholders across HR, procurement, and finance.
