Job summary

Toyota Deutschland GmbH is seeking an Associate SAP Data Analyst to support data preparation, analysis, and reporting across SAP and cloud analytics platforms in Plano, TX. You will help build data pipelines, dashboards, and insights to enable business decision-making.

The role reports to the Data and Analytics Manager and requires 0–1 year of data analytics experience, with familiarity in SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and AWS data services. Hybrid work options may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 0 to 1+ year of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or related projects.
• Ability to validate, cleanse, and analyze structured data with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to document findings and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with any programming language (C++, Java, Python, SQL, etc).

Responsibilities

• Support data extraction, transformation, and loading activities using SAP data sources and analytics platforms
• Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
• Work with SAP Datasphere and AWS big data platforms to support data integration and reporting need
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and basic analysis to ensure data quality and consistency
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into analytics outputs
• Document data processes, report logic, and solution design for operational support
• Support troubleshooting and issue resolution for data pipelines, datasets, and BI reports

Toyota's Data and Analytics Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Associate SAP Data Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support data preparation, analysis, and reporting across SAP and cloud-based analytics platforms. The person in this role will help build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and insights that enable business decision-making.

Reporting to the Data and Analytics Manager, the person in this role will support the department's objective to deliver trusted, timely, and actionable data solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Relevant Certifications: SAP, AWS, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or data analytics certifications
