Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst in Plano, TX to lead the development, sustainment, and Kaizen of TPS-based parts supply chain. You will design routes and plans to move freight efficiently from suppliers to manufacturing plants and service centers.

You will build relationships with NAMC, Service Part Centers, and suppliers, analyze large data sets, and drive continuous improvement in a high-budget, high-volume environment. Weekly travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytical field or 4+ years of supply chain/logistics planning experience.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet goals.
• Strong data analysis and quantitative methodology skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize external parts delivery supply chain network based on TPS principles.
• Develop and sustain relationships with customers, centers, providers and suppliers to deliver low-cost, smooth operations.
• Drive problem solving, quality and analytical skills to support the supply chain.
