Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of recruiting experience, or a RACR certification within 12 months, with a 40-hour work week in a hybrid

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of professional recruiting experience, OR
• Proven track record as a BayCare Talent Acquisition Recruiter Associate with demonstrated competency to take on full-cycle recruitment, OR
• High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of recruiting experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of professional recruiting experience , OR
• Proven track record as a BayCare Talent Acquisition Recruiter Associate with demonstrated competency to take on full-cycle recruitment, OR
• High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of recruiting experience

Certification:

• Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) certification required within 12 months of employment

Please note: Although this position is expected to work a 40-hour workweek, it is classified as PRN and is not eligible for benefits.
