Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro in Chicago, IL is hiring a full-time Restaurant Takeout Shift Supervisor or To-Go Shift Supervisor. This role coordinates daily takeout and catering operations, ensures accurate orders, packaging, and cash handling, and delivers a high-quality guest experience.

You will supervise team members, train new staff, and help open and close the restaurant, while upholding safety, sanitation, and company standards. Prior experience is not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training is provided.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card.
• Able to operate kitchen equipment and POS systems.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Ability to multitask and organize multiple orders.
• Follow all company policies and standards.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Effective communication with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service to customers online, by phone, and in person.
• Guide guests on takeout and catering menu items and answer questions.
• Review orders for accuracy at pickup or delivery with guests or drivers.
• Deliver a hospitality experience that exceeds guest expectations.
• Handle money and inventory controls accurately.
• Open and close the restaurant; prepare and assign tasks for shifts.
• Supervise training and mentor new team members.
