Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Server - Takeout to ensure guests’ needs are met courteously and promptly, delivering a top-quality takeout or curbside experience. You will take, package, label, and deliver orders while guiding guests through the menu.

No prior restaurant experience is required, as we provide training. You will also maintain sanitation standards and deliver warm hospitality to every guest.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Minimum age 18.
• Must possess or obtain a Food Handler’s Card.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Flexible to work various shifts.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs courteously and timely.
• Take, place, package, label, bag, receive, and ring in guest orders.
• Deliver orders for curbside pickup.
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions.
