Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Takeout Shift Supervisor or To-Go Shift Supervisor to coordinate daily takeout and catering operations. This role ensures accurate orders, packaging, labeling, and cash handling while delivering exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; in-house training provided.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Ability to operate the POS system and kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, courteous service for takeout and dine-in customers.
• Guide guests on takeout and catering menu items and answer questions.
• Review orders for accuracy at pickup or delivery with guests or drivers.
• Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience and exceed guest expectations.
• Manage cash handling and inventory controls accurately.
• Open and close the restaurant shifts and coordinate prep and staff assignments.
• Supervise training and mentoring of new team members.
