Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required; training provided.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Food Handler's Card.
• Able to operate kitchen equipment and the POS system.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders.
• Able to follow all company policies and standards.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, efficient, and courteous customer service in-person, online or by phone.
• Know menu items for takeout and catering and guide guests in selection.
• Review orders with guests and delivery drivers for accuracy.
• Deliver a hospitality-focused experience and strive to exceed guest expectations.
• Handle money and inventory controls accurately and responsibly.
• Open and close the restaurant shifts and assign prep tasks.
• Supervise training of new team members and mentor culinary skills.
