Job summary

PF Chang's is hiring immediately for a Takeout / To Go Restaurant Cashier Specialist in Chicago, IL. You will handle takeout, delivery, curbside pick-up and catering orders with friendly, efficient service. No experience is required; we provide training.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Ability to multitask and organize multiple orders at once.
• Follow all company policies; good command of English.
• Ability to place orders through the POS system.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures.
• Must possess or obtain a Food Handlers Card where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone and greets guests, assisting with orders for takeout, catering, and delivery.
• Represents PF Chang's as ambassador in the community and at events.
• Provides hospitality and clear two-way communication for guest feedback.
• Explains menu items and services for takeout, catering, and delivery.
• Collaborates with management to plan takeout and catering orders.
• Operates POS, coffee/tea machines, and cash register.
• Packages and labels items; ensures all components are included.
• Reviews orders with guest or delivery team.
• Processes payments and handles cash.
• Performs side work and cleaning duties as needed.
