Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Server - Takeout to ensure guests are served efficiently for takeout and curbside pickup. You will take, place, package, label, bag, and process orders, then deliver orders to guests, guiding them through the menu with hospitality and care.

No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided; must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card where required. A positive, safety-conscious attitude is essential.

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
