P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring for a Server - Takeout. The role focuses on courteously meeting guests’ needs for takeout and curbside orders, including packaging, labeling, and delivering orders while guiding guests through the menu and ensuring hospitality remains exceptional.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
