Job summary

PF Chang’s is hiring immediately for a full-time Restaurant Takeout Shift Supervisor or To-Go Shift Supervisor in Washington, DC. You will coordinate daily takeout and catering operations, ensure accurate orders, proper labeling, and cash handling while delivering a warm, responsive guest experience.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. You’ll need a Food Handler’s Card where applicable, ability to operate the POS, and strong multitasking and communication skills.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Food Handler's Card where applicable, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, and POS system.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and courteous service for takeout/online orders and in-person customers.
• Guide guests on menu items for takeout and catering and answer questions.
• Review orders with guests at pickup or delivery for accuracy.
• Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle money and inventory controls accurately.
• Open/close the restaurant, assign prep tasks, and oversee shift responsibilities.
• Train and mentor new team members on techniques and skills.
