Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for a Server - Takeout. In this role, you will ensure guests' takeout and curbside orders are prepared accurately and delivered with outstanding hospitality, while guiding guests through the menu and answering questions.

No prior experience is required as we provide on-the-job training. The position offers flexible shifts, competitive pay of $11.00–$13.00 per hour plus tips, and benefits such as meal discounts and 401(k) eligibility.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Take, place, package, label, bag, receive, and ring in takeout/curbside orders.
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions.
• Deliver orders to guests for curbside pickup.
• Uphold high sanitation and safety standards.
