Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro is seeking a Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist to ensure guests receive courteous, prompt takeout service and curbside pickup. You will guide menu choices, answer questions, and deliver orders while upholding high sanitation and hospitality standards.

No prior experience is required as we provide on-the-job training. This role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to advance within the team while earning tips on top of competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler’s Card required where applicable or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Take, place, package, label, bag, and process orders for takeout or curbside.
• Deliver orders to guests for curbside pickup and guide menu choices.
• Provide outstanding hospitality and answer guest questions.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards throughout service.
