Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Server - Takeout to ensure guests’ needs are met courteously and promptly. You will take, place, package, label, bag, and deliver takeout orders, guiding guests through the menu and maintaining high hospitality standards.

No prior experience required; training provided. Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card where required. This on-site role offers friendly team environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
