Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro is hiring a Server - Takeout to warmly serve guests and deliver a top‑notch takeout or curbside experience. You will take, place, package, label, bag, and process orders, then deliver them for curbside pickup while guiding guests through the menu and answering questions with hospitality and care.

No experience is required—we train you. You should have excellent customer service, be at least 18 years old, and have or be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a Food Handler’s Card or be able to obtain one.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Take, place, package, label, bag, receive, and ring in Guest’s orders for takeout or curbside pickup.
• Understand the restaurant menu to guide guests and answer questions.
• Deliver an amazing hospitality experience and exceed guests’ expectations.
• Uphold high sanitation and safety standards.
