Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro is hiring a Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist. In this role you will take orders, prepare, package, and deliver takeout orders, and guide guests through the menu to create an exceptional curbside experience.

You will ensure timely service, maintain high sanitation standards, and provide warm hospitality while representing our brand. Training is provided, and hours may vary to accommodate full-time or part-time positions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required - we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler's Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest's orders.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest's questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
