Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist to ensure courteous, prompt service for takeout guests. You will take, place, package, label, bag, and process orders, and deliver to guests for curbside pickup, guiding them through the menu with friendly hospitality.

The role emphasizes high sanitation standards and a welcoming guest experience, with on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
