Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Server - Takeout to ensure guests receive courteous, prompt service for takeout and curbside orders. You will manage ordering, packaging, labeling, and delivery with a focus on hospitality and accuracy.

Responsibilities include guiding guests through the menu, answering questions, and maintaining high sanitation standards while delivering an exceptional dine-out experience. Training is provided, and flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain one.
• Must maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Take, place, package, label, bag, receive, and ring in orders for takeout and curbside pickup.
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions with hospitality.
• Deliver orders and ensure a great takeout experience while maintaining hygiene standards.
• Uphold sanitation and safety standards.
