Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Server - Takeout to ensure guests receive courteous and prompt service for takeout and curbside orders. You will take, place, package, label, bag, and process orders, and deliver them to guests for pickup while guiding them through the menu and upholding high sanitation standards.

The role focuses on exceptional hospitality and accurate order handling, with on-the-job training provided. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay with tips are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, or obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take-out or curbside experience by taking, packaging, labeling, and ringing in guest orders.
• Understand the menu to guide guests on items and options; answer questions.
