Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Server - Takeout to ensure guests' takeout and curbside orders are accurate, friendly, and on time. You will guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and coordinate order pickup with kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Experience is not required; we will train you. You must be 18+, able to lift up to 30 lbs, and maintain high sanitation standards while delivering warm hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
