Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Server - Takeout to ensure guests have a courteous and prompt takeout experience. You will take, package, label, bag, and deliver orders, while guiding guests through the menu and maintaining high sanitation standards.

The role emphasizes hospitality, fast-paced teamwork, and the ability to adapt to curbside requests, with opportunities for growth and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card or be able to obtain one.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Ability to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects up to 30 lbs. repeatedly.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify menu items for takeout and catering, and guide guests on choosing items and answering questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests, anticipating, delivering, and exceeding expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
