Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a Server - Takeout to ensure guests are served promptly and courteously. You will take, package, and deliver takeout orders, guide guests through the menu, and maintain high sanitation standards.

No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided; flexible shifts, advancement opportunities, and benefits are available to qualifying team members.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required – on-the-job training provided.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a Food Handler’s Card where applicable or obtain one.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly and stand for shifts.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts and multi-task in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Take/pack/label/bag/receive/ring in takeout orders for curbside.
• Guide guests on menu items and answer questions.
• Deliver hospitality and exceed guests’ expectations.
• Uphold sanitation and safety standards.
