Job summary

P.F. Chang's is hiring immediate for a full-time or part-time Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist in a Florida location. The role focuses on courteous, prompt takeout service, curbside delivery, and guiding guests through the menu with a hospitality-first approach.

You will handle orders, packaging, labeling, and instructions for curbside pickup while maintaining high sanitation and safety standards. Training is provided and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly during a shift.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
