P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring Takeout Restaurant Cashier Specialists for to go, takeout, delivery, curbside pick-up, and catering orders. You will provide exceptional service and ensure accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced setting.

No prior experience is required—we train you. Benefits include flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, advancement opportunities, and meal discounts. Must have a Food Handlers Card where applicable.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required – training provided.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Ability to follow all policies, procedures, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone and greets guests courteously, assisting with ordering for events, takeout, and catering.
• Represents the restaurant as an ambassador during takeout and catering events.
• Provides hospitality and clear two‑way communication for guest satisfaction.
• Guides guests on menu items and services for takeout, catering, and delivery.
• Works with management on planning takeout and catering orders.
• Operates the cash register and POS system.
• Packages and labels items, ensuring all components are included.
• Reviews each order with the guest or delivery team member.
• Processes payments and handles cash.
• Performs side work and cleaning duties as needed.
