Job summary

One Source Construction LLC is seeking a hands-on Construction Superintendent to take full ownership of field operations and run projects with minimal oversight in Massachusetts. You will manage subcontractors, schedules, and site coordination, while ensuring safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a superintendent, LIC/OSHA certifications, and a valid MA driver’s license. A background check is required, with the ability to lift 80+ lbs and adhere to the company dress code.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent in construction industry
• Construction Supervisor License - Massachusetts (REQUIRED)
• OSHA Certified 30 Hour (REQUIRED)
• Drivers License (REQUIRED)
• Pass Background Check
• Must be able to lift 80+ lbs
• Must be able to follow company's dress code
• References Required

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-day field operations
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site coordination
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budget
• Maintain jobsite safety and enforce compliance standards
• Review plans, specifications, and proactively address discrepancies
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using Procore
• Communicate effectively with project managers and leadership
