Job summary

One Source Construction LLC is seeking a hands-on Construction Superintendent to own field operations on public and commercial projects in Massachusetts. You will manage subcontractors, schedules, and site coordination, making field decisions with leadership while maintaining safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction supervision, MA license, OSHA 30, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent in construction industry.
• Construction Supervisor License - Massachusetts (REQUIRED)
• OSHA Certified 30 Hour (REQUIRED)
• Drivers License (REQUIRED)
• Must be able to lift 80+ lbs
• Must be able to follow company's dress code
• References Required

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-day field operations
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site coordination
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budget
• Maintain jobsite safety and enforce compliance standards
• Review plans, specifications, and proactively address discrepancies
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using Procore
• Communicate effectively with project managers and leadership
