Job summary

One Source Construction LLC, a MA-based general contractor, is seeking a hands-on Construction Superintendent to own field operations and run projects with minimal oversight. You will manage subcontractors, schedules, and project paperwork, working directly with company leadership.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years as a superintendent, MA Construction Supervisor License, OSHA 30, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent in construction.
• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License required.
• OSHA 30 Hour required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Able to lift 80+ lbs.
• Must follow company dress code.
• References required.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-day field operations.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site coordination.
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budget.
• Maintain jobsite safety and enforce compliance standards.
• Review plans, specifications, and proactively address discrepancies.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using Procore.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and leadership.
