Job summary

One Source Construction LLC is seeking a hands-on Construction Superintendent to take full ownership of field operations and run projects with minimal oversight.

You will manage subcontractors, review plans, and coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using Procore while ensuring safety and compliance. You’ll work directly with company leadership to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent in construction.
• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (REQUIRED).
• OSHA 30 Hour Certification (REQUIRED).
• Driver's License (REQUIRED).
• Pass Background Check.
• Must be able to lift 80+ lbs.
• Must follow company dress code.
• References required.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-day field operations.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site coordination.
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budget.
• Maintain jobsite safety and enforce compliance standards.
• Review plans, specifications, and address discrepancies.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using Procore.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and leadership.
