Job summary

One Source Construction LLC is seeking a hands-on Construction Superintendent to take full ownership of field operations and run projects with minimal oversight.

You will manage subcontractors, review plans, and coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using Procore while ensuring safety and compliance. You’ll work directly with company leadership to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent in construction.
• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (REQUIRED).
• OSHA 30 Hour Certification (REQUIRED).
• Driver's License (REQUIRED).
• Pass Background Check.
• Must be able to lift 80+ lbs.
• Must follow company dress code.
• References required.

We are looking for a hands-on Construction Superintendent who can take ownership of field operations and run projects with minimal oversight. We value superintendents who can think ahead, solve problems independently, and keep projects moving without constant direction.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a superintendent who wants to take full ownership of their projects—not just follow instructions. You will be trusted to run the job, manage subcontractors, and make decisions in the field while working directly with company leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-day field operations
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site coordination
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budget
• Maintain jobsite safety and enforce compliance standards
• Review plans, specifications, and proactively address discrepancies
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using Procore

Qualifications

• $100,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)

Schedule
