Job summary

One Source Construction LLC is seeking an hands-on Assistant Superintendent/General Foreman for commercial projects in Boston, MA. You will own field operations, manage subcontractors, and partner with leadership to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires MA license, OSHA 30, and a commitment to safety, documentation, and proactive problem-solving on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent in construction industry.
• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License is required.

• Driver's License is required.
• Must be able to lift 80+ lbs.

Responsibilities

One Source Construction LLC is a Massachusetts-based general contractor specializing in public and commercial projects. We operate in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment where accuracy, documentation, and accountability are critical.

We are looking for a hands-on Construction Superintendent who can take ownership of field operations and run projects with minimal oversight. We value superintendents who can think ahead, solve problems independently, and keep projects moving without constant direction.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a superintendent who wants to take full ownership of their projects—not just follow instructions. You will be trusted to run the job, manage subcontractors, and make decisions in the field while working directly with company leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-day field operations
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site coordination
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budget
• Maintain jobsite safety and enforce compliance standards
• Review plans, specifications, and proactively address discrepancies
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using Procore
• Communicate effectively with project managers and leadership

Schedule

The pay range for this role is:

100,000 - 120,000 USD per year (Boston, MA)
