Job summary

Cam-Ful Industries, Inc. in Pineville, North Carolina is seeking a Take-Off Specialist / Plumbing Estimator to support the Senior Plumbing Estimator. This on-site role focuses on quantity take-offs, pricing, and bid documentation for commercial plumbing projects.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in commercial plumbing or construction estimating, are detail-oriented, adept at reading drawings and specifications, and able to manage multiple bids to meet deadlines. Training on FastPIPE is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in commercial plumbing, construction estimating, take-offs, or related mechanical-construction work.
• Ability to read plumbing drawings, specifications, bid manuals, addenda, and electronic blueprints.
• Ability to perform accurate product, material, and quantity take-offs.
• Familiarity with commercial plumbing systems, piping materials, fixtures, valves, fittings, and equipment.
• Strong math, computer, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and meet firm deadlines.
• FastPIPE experience is preferred; training will be provided.

• Support the Senior Plumbing Estimator with assigned bids and estimating responsibilities.

Cam-Ful Industries has an immediate opportunity for a Take-Off Specialist / Plumbing Estimator in our Pineville, North Carolina office. This position supports and reports directly to the Senior Plumbing Estimator.
