Job summary

Motive Workforce is seeking a motivated Commercial Plumbing Estimator / Project Manager to support our client's growing TI division. The role involves pricing through closeout on tech offices, medical spaces, R&D labs, and other commercial interiors in fast-paced construction environments.

You will review drawings, perform takeoffs, prepare proposals, and manage awarded projects from startup to completion, coordinating with GCs, owners, and field teams to keep projects on schedule and within

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing estimating and/or project management.
• Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and construction workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Comfortable managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel, Procore and Trimble Experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Motive Workforce is seeking a motivated and organized Commercial Plumbing Estimator / Project Manager to support our client's growing commercial tenant improvement (TI) division. These projects include tech offices, medical offices, R&D spaces, and creative commercial interiors in fast-paced construction environments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, speed, and responsibility, and who can take commercial plumbing projects from pricing through closeout while working closely with field teams, general contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specifications for TI projects
• Perform material and labor takeoffs

• Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel, Procore and project management software (Trimble Experience a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation and Benefits

• $110,000 - $150,000/year salary DOE
• Company vehicle or allowance, gas card and company cell phone
