Cam-Ful Industries is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to manage commercial and industrial plumbing construction projects from planning and procurement through installation, testing, and closeout. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial plumbing knowledge with proven experience managing schedules, budgets, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, documentation, and customer relationships.
This role requires a manager who understands the work performed in the field and can earn the trust of experienced plumbers and foremen. The Plumbing Project Manager will work closely with estimating, field leadership, customers, general contractors, engineers, suppliers, and company management to keep projects moving and resolve issues before they affect cost, schedule, safety, or quality.

Responsibilities
- Manage commercial and industrial plumbing projects from award through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, manpower plans, procurement schedules, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, inspectors, vendors, subcontractors, foremen, and field personnel.
- Review plumbing drawings, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, addenda, change orders, and shop drawings.
- Plan material and equipment procurement to support field schedules and minimize delays.
- Track project costs, labor performance, commitments, billings, change orders, and profitability.
- Lead project meetings and provide clear updates regarding schedule, cost, manpower, safety, quality, and outstanding issues.
- Support foremen and field teams with technical guidance, coordination, and timely decisions.
- Identify project risks and resolve problems affecting cost, schedule, safety, quality, or customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, plumbing codes, contract documents, and quality standards.
- Manage punch-list completion, testing, inspections, turnover documents, and project closeout.
- Maintain professional customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience on commercial or industrial plumbing construction projects.
- Strong hands-on or field-based knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, materials, equipment, and jobsite operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, labor, schedules, procurement, change orders, RFIs, submittals, billing, and closeout.
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings, specifications, contracts, and construction documents.
- Experience coordinating field crews, foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, general contractors, engineers, and inspectors.
- Strong communication, leadership, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project-management software.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large commercial, institutional, healthcare, education, industrial, or government projects.
- Prior experience as a commercial plumber, plumbing foreman, or plumbing superintendent.
- Degree or formal training in construction management, engineering, plumbing, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of applicable plumbing codes and inspection requirements.
