Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our team in Dahlgren, VA, to support TTWCS software testing across surface, subsurface, and FMS configurations. On-site at King George, VA and customer NSWC Dahlgren, with travel optional.

The role requires an Active Secret Clearance, Navy operational experience or a STEM degree, and experience with CBT&E, automated testing, and Jira. Compensation ranges from $68,000 to $90,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of science in a STEM field or military operational experience as TTWCS Operator and Maintenance Technician.
• Active Secret Clearance required for this position and eligibility for access to classified information.

Responsibilities

• Test tactical weapon systems in lab across configurations and builds.
• Document test results in lab logs and reports.
• Modify and troubleshoot lab hardware, simulators, and network configurations.
• Analyze data and develop extraction/reduction elements for verification.
• Create CRs/PRs and verify software fixes.
• Develop and modify test procedures and TVMs; generate plans and reports.
• Present testing briefs and defend data analyses to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with management on test initiatives and issues.
