Job summary

SimVentions, Inc is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our King George, VA team to support TTWCS software testing across multiple configurations. The role requires on-site presence at the King George office and at customer sites, with travel opportunities available but not required.

The position demands an ACTIVE Secret Clearance, a STEM bachelor's degree (or military equivalent), and experience in lab testing, data analysis, and test documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (or military operational experience)
• Active Secret Clearance required
• Experience with lab testing and documentation is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in various configurations and builds in a lab setting.
• Modify and troubleshoot lab hardware, equipment, simulators, and network configurations.
• Perform data analysis of test output and develop data extraction/reduction elements for verification.
• Document system problems via change requests and verify fixes.
• Develop and maintain Test Verification Matrices and test procedures.
• Generate test plans and reports; communicate results to management and at reviews.
