Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our team at King George, VA, supporting TTWCS software testing across surface, subsurface, and FMS configurations. The role requires on-site presence at the office and customer site (NSWC Dahlgren).

The candidate will document procedures, modify hardware, analyze data, and prepare test plans and reports while collaborating with government personnel and testers. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics or equivalent tactical experience.
• Operational TTWCS experience as a Fire Controlman/FT rate preferred.
• Active Secret clearance may be required for access to sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in various configurations and builds in a lab.
• Document lab logs and troubleshoot hardware, simulators, and network configurations.
• Analyze test data, develop data extraction/reduction elements for verification.
• Generate test plans, TVMs, and test reports; present briefs at reviews.
