Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our King George, VA team, supporting TTWCS software testing across configurations. The role requires on-site work at Dahlgren and King George, with occasional travel possible.

The candidate must hold an Active Secret Clearance and US citizenship, and possess a STEM bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience. Expect collaborative work with government personnel and a proactive testing environment.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, or military operational experience as TTWCS Operator/Maintainer.
• Experience testing tactical weapon systems in lab environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Test tactical weapon systems in multiple configurations and builds in a lab setting.
• Document lab data, troubleshoot hardware, simulators, and network configurations.
• Develop and modify test procedures to verify requirements and system functionality.
• Create and maintain test verification matrices, plans, and reports; present results at technical reviews.
