Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to join the team at Joint Reserve Base Ellington, Houston, TX. The CSCS will develop and manage evidence-based strength and conditioning programs for TACP Operators.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in related field, CSCS or SCCC certification, 5+ years of experience, and CPR/AED certification. Must meet installation access requirements and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Human Performance, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a closely related field.
CSCS or CSCCa SCCC certification is required.
Minimum of five years full-time experience as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist with tactical military or high-performance environments.
Current CPR and AED certification.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive performance assessments and needs analyses for assigned operators.
Design and implement individualized and group strength and conditioning programs.
Develop programs focusing on injury prevention, performance, mobility, recovery, and long-term durability.
Deliver briefings on physical readiness, recovery, and human performance.
Adjust training programs based on performance outcomes.
